Panorama Tower

Miami, FL

Slated to be the tallest building in the State of Florida, the 830-foot-high Panorama Tower is the first development in the City of Miami to be partially funded by foreign nationals participating in the EB-5 visa program. The project’s owner, Florida East Coast Realty, chose Zyscovich Architects to serve as consultants on the project for quality control, interior design, branding, specifications, and furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E).

Panorama Tower will be located on the largest parcel in the heart of Brickell, between Brickell Bay Drive and the existing 19- and 11-story office towers that front Brickell Avenue, which are also part of FECR’s portfolio. Now in the early stages of construction, the 83-story tower will feature 821 one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments. The pedestal will include 208 hotel rooms, over 100,000 square feet for medical offices, over 50,000 square feet for retail/restaurant use, and a 2,300-space parking garage. Tower amenities will include a gym, lounge, café, theater, music room, and children’s play room. An additional amenity floor will have an indoor/outdoor restaurant and a pool. The project will also include a cyber-room, game room, coffee bar, and pet spa/daycare.
