Zyscovich is providing programming and educational specifications, master planning, and traditional A/E services for this phased addition and renovation to Dr. Phillips Elementary School.  The project includes over 50,000 SF of additions and 45,000 SF of renovations to the elementary school, relocation of the playfields, and removal of all existing portables. This project also comprises adaptation of OCPS’ prototype elementary school standards to include state-of-the-art technology in classrooms, media center, and cafetorium/kitchen.
