The Zyscovich Architects Orlando office, opened in 2008, is growing with several recent hires.  David Portwood a 30-year architect joined the firm in March of this year.  David’s design expertise includes Resort Communities, Mixed Use, Town Centers, medium and high density Multi-Family Communities, Student Housing, Assisted Living, Senior Housing, including CCRC's, and Clubhouses.  In February 2012, Desiree Pedersen, a long-time Central Florida resident, also joined the firm as a Business Development Manager.  Desiree has 12 years of industry experience as both a business developer and a construction superintendent and warranty manager.
