Larry Rosenbloom, AIA has joined Zyscovich Architects as the Managing Principal of Zyscovich New York.  Zyscovich Architects is an 85-person master planning and architectural design firm with offices in Miami, New York City, Orlando, Bogota and Trinidad.  Zyscovich’s 35-year portfolio of aviation, education, mixed-use, multi-family, hospitality, and commercial projects is significantly enhanced by Larry’s extensive architectural design and urban planning expertise.  Larry’s considerable body of work includes mixed-use, retail, large-scale municipal infrastructure/transportation projects and transit oriented development communities throughout the Northeast.  In particular, Larry has been recognized for his lead role in the retail design for the new 42nd Street project, an iconic urban mixed use development project in New York City.  Larry’s experience is a perfect complement to the expansive Zyscovich portfolio and together will leverage the unparalleled knowledge of hands-on design principals with a client-focused approach that delivers customized solutions.
