Breaking out the shovels and hardhats, Zyscovich attends the groundbreaking ceremony of the North Miami High School Replacement on March 29, 2007. The school now features a new high school on a larger site, the replacement of an existing middle school with a new K-8 facility, a new Olympic Training Facility and Public Library and a relocated City park. A parking garage is also included to accommodate both school and community use. Zyscovich worked closely with District and City staff and local developers in master planning the area to ensure that both the District’s and City’s projects capitalize on the concurrent development to create a resource center that embraces the entire community.
