Miami Innovation Center Incubator

Miami, FL

The Miami Innovation Center Incubator provides the innovative physical and virtual infrastructure that freelancers, entrepreneurs, and creative class professionals need to succeed in the 21st century knowledge economy. Zyscovich, in collaboration with RightSpace Management, created a collaborative community that is changing the way people work.

The Miami Innovation Center comprises 63 offices, 21 research labs, and 2,800 SF of co-working space. This allows members to start and grow their business at a financial pace that makes sense to them and their bottom line. The technological infrastructure, which is comparable to that found in large corporations, allows members to have access to the hi-tech features that would normally be cost prohibitive for a startup company.

The offices were designed with power and data capabilities to generally fit from one to three desks. Furniture was selected and specified so that it is interchangeable and can fit properly within any a single private office or a collaborative office for up to three. Collaboration stations have been placed throughout the office space where spontaneous meetings can occur amongst co-workers or visitors. Every square inch of the center has been designed to promote an efficient, creative, flexible and professional environment.

The work space has a lavish contemporary interior, flexible enough to cater to all the necessities of today’s professionals. Open 24-hours with amenities like specialty coffees, snacks and drinks to enjoy while working at a bean bag by oneself, or in a conference area with a team of professionals, the space epitomizes today’s modern workplace. The financial model operates through monthly memberships. Startup companies are welcomed as well as top 500 organizations.
